Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1 -2 business days. All orders ship with tracking. We ship journals via media mail except during the holiday season. Shipping delays can happen as regional carriers experience high volumes. Shipping costs are determined at checkout by the weight of the package. Due to copyright restrictions, we are only able to ship the USA and Canada versions of ESS within their respective countries. If your order arrives damaged please reach out to hello@everysacredsunday.com. Please use a secure address at checkout and make sure to enter your address correctly. While we do our best to replace lost or stolen packages, we cannot guarantee this in every scenario. As a small business, we cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to wrong addresses.
Returns: We've designed each product with care and think you’ll love them! If it’s not love at first sight, our return policy is below. Certain items are final sale and noted as such on the product shop page.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items in our shop. Please email us at hello@everysacredsunday.com to initiate a return, and include a photo of the book in the shrink wrap if you are returning a Mass journal. We’ll send you a printable shipping label to make the return. Once we receive the item back in stock, you’ll receive a refund minus the cost originally paid in shipping and an $8 shipping and restocking fee.
Please note — We can only accept returns on Mass journals if they are still in the shrink wrap since we cannot quality control check each page of an opened book for restocking. We have this policy to make sure every book we ship out is in 100% fresh, new condition!
Order cancelations and adjustments: Due to the current real-time fulfillment systems we have in place, we’re not able to make adjustments (quantity or color) or cancel orders after they are placed. If you’d like to add to your order, the best way is to place a separate order.
Keepsake quality guarantee: We are so convinced that you will love your ESS purchase that we offer our Keepsake Quality Guarantee: If any item in your order is not keepsake quality, we’ll send you a replacement! Just send us a picture of the issue at hello@everysacredsunday.com and our customer service team of wonderful Catholic ladies will get it fixed for you! Please note, that this policy is in good faith and we reserve the right to discontinue it if it is being abused.
Liability: We quality control check every item in our shop, but cannot guarantee that every printing will be error-free. Please reach out to us with any concern about misprints and in most cases we are able to fix these for you!
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our website or products is at your sole risk and provided “as is”. In no case shall Every Sacred Sunday, our affiliates, employees, or contractors be liable any injury, loss, claim, or any damages of any kind, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured from Every Sacred Sunday.
Proper use: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you transmit any destructive code through this site.
Rights and resale: Every Sacred Sunday is trademarked and we obtain proper licensing for the Mass readings. You may not duplicate, copy, or exploit this service. Resale of ESS is only permitted for approved wholesalers through our wholesale program.
Privacy: We never sell your email. Our contract workers and partners may have access to your email as they complete our business tasks of advertising, email campaign coordination, etc. Your financial information in encrypted through our payment provider Stripe.
