Happy Easter, friends!
The 2025 Jubilee is centered on the theme “Pilgrims of Hope.” Pope Francis gave us these beautiful words that we’re remembering today as we celebrate the Resurrection:
"We must fan the flame of hope that has been given us, and help everyone to gain new strength and certainty by looking to the future with an open spirit, a trusting heart and far-sighted vision."
So how are you celebrating Easter this year with hope in mind? Here are some of our favorite ideas:
Write a letter sharing your hopes with God // Take a moment this Easter to write a letter to God, sharing your honest hopes for the future. What are you praying for? What dreams do struggle to believe in? Write this letter as an act of trust, knowing that God hears every word. You might even seal the letter and place it somewhere sacred, like in a Bible or under a candle, as a reminder that your hopes and prayers are always before Him.
Bring hope into your home through artwork // This Easter, invite Christ into your home, remembering that each morning is a chance to begin again through the grace of Jesus. We created this Glorious Morning print just for this purpose, inspired by Easter and made to bring new life into your space this spring.
Volunteer in your community to bring hope to others // Easter isn’t just about receiving hope; it’s also about sharing it. Find a way to serve your community this Easter by volunteering at or supporting a community event that brings people together. Consider some “spring cleaning”, and donate items to those in need. Spread the message that hope is alive in you!
"He is not here; He has risen, just as He said." // Matthew 28:6
This Easter, let us remember that the Resurrection is the ultimate source of our hope. Whether in quiet prayer, acts of service, or shared moments with loved ones, may we celebrate the season by fanning the flame of hope in our hearts and sharing it with the world.
