Reflection Questions for the New (Liturgical) Year

Happy new liturgical year, and happy first week of Advent!

This liturgical year, we are invited to step out in faith, be led by Mary, and “do whatever He tells us.” As we are led to the table by His mother, we open our hearts to the ways that God is calling us to something better, sweeter, and more fruitful.

Here are a few questions to journal about as we begin this new 2024-25 liturgical year (Year C in the Church!)

  1. How can we be nourished through spending time with Christ and meditating upon His word?

  2. Where is God asking us to abstain and prune within our lives?

  3. What “better wine” is waiting for us at the end?

Relish in the bounty of Jesus’ goodness, and rest in knowing that His generosity knows no limits!
